General Data Protection Rules
The Eureca steering committee has made reasonable efforts to comply with all regulations including GDPR which came into effect in May 2018. Specifically, all patient data is anonymised and so the Eureca registry does not contain any patient identifiable data.
This issue was discussed at length in November 2017 with the chief information officer at North Bristol NHS Trust, which oversees the governance of the Eureca registry.If you have any queries regarding this policy or any other governance issues, please contact the Eureca administrator.
